3.1 Each player may hold only one (1) registered jilljuck Account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilljuck reserves the right to close all but the original account and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.
3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 KYC verification is required before you may make withdrawals or access certain platform features. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine-issued government IDs such as PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, SSS ID, voter's ID, or driver's license. A selfie or liveness check may also be required.

3.5 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jilljuck will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
4.1 jilljuck accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment methods may be added or removed at jilljuck's discretion with reasonable notice to players.
4.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Any funds originating from third-party accounts may be confiscated.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 4.5 jilljuck reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline withdrawal requests where KYC verification is incomplete, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where the withdrawal may be subject to regulatory review under AMLA reporting obligations.
5.1 jilljuck may offer bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions, which will be specified at the time the bonus is offered or claimed.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
5.3 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless expressly permitted.
5.4 jilljuck reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited, any associated bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from those bonus funds will be removed from your balance.
5.5 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus profit — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

9.1 All content on the jilljuck Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, interface designs, icons, and trademarks — is the property of jilljuck or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilljuck Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilljuck's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilljuck Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 jilljuck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
12.2 Your continued use of the jilljuck Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilljuck Platform shall first be submitted to jilljuck's internal dispute resolution process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or seek recourse through the appropriate Philippine courts.
13.3 The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings relating to these Terms.
